We are seeking Support Agents to provide assistance for a project with a leading software development company.

Requirements :

Proficiency in English (C1 minimum) and fluency in any European language
Training or experience with technology products, particularly in Cloud services or Microsoft products such as Office, Outlook, OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Lync Server, and Windows
Ability to handle diverse customer situations with empathy and professionalism
Strong critical and logical thinking skills for effective problem-solving

What We Offer :

Full-time (39 hours) contract, Monday to Friday, 09 : 00 - 18 : 00
