What will you do? We are seeking a dynamic, proactive, and talented individual to join our team and perform the following tasks :

  • Provide troubleshooting and support via email, live chat, and calls in both Spanish and English.
  • Follow procedures and perform periodic tasks efficiently and organized.
  • Resolve incidents and service requests using ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
  • Escalate issues as necessary to meet SLAs and customer expectations.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and systems.
  • Maintain friendly and polite communication to support standard technical queries.

What are we looking for in you?

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Native Spanish speaker with advanced English skills.
  • IT and basic networking knowledge (highly valued).
  • Experience with ServiceNow and knowledge of ITIL framework.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
  • Customer service focus and team motivation.
  • Where and when?

  • Workplace : San Blas-Canillejas, 28037 Madrid (On-Site).
  • Schedule : 24x7 rotating shifts.
