YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Manage and support the entire employee life cycle, from recruitment to exit
- Advise managers and employees on HR topics, employee relations, and compliance matters
- Develop and implement HR programs, policies, and processes in coordination with International HR
- Handle the full recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Coordinate compensation topics, salary adjustments, and payroll communication
- Maintain and update HR tools, systems, and employee records
- Drive employee engagement, development, and retention initiatives
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and KPIs to support strategic decisions
WHAT SETS THEM APART
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualificationMinimum 5 years of professional experience in an HR departmentStrong knowledge of HR processes, labor law, and employee relationsExperience in developing and implementing HR policies and initiativesConfident working with HR systems and reporting toolsExcellent communication and advisory skills in both English and SpanishHands-on mentality, structured way of working, and strong problem-solving skillsPERFECT CONDITIONS FOR EXCELLENT PERFORMANCE
