We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our team as a Serialization Lead. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering serialization systems in new packaging lines at existing and new sites. This role involves collaborating closely with engineering and IT teams to support global serialization activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide technical leadership to drive projects to completion.
- Partner with the business support team to ensure alignment with packaging site needs.
- Develop a deep understanding of serialization solutions deployed to meet global serialization strategy for packaging.
- Assist packaging sites globally with developing and implementing process improvements and technology upgrades for serialization.
- Assist in technical design for technologies that support or interact with GSP solutions.
- Help prioritize the change agenda and participate in serialization change management governance.
- Provide serialization support for site audits as needed.
- Provide core solution leadership related to provided software solution.
- Share knowledge and provide ongoing technical support to site packaging engineering groups.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Engineering.2+ years packaging, automation, or software experience, specifically related to packaging processes and equipment.2+ years experience in GMPs and computer systems validation (CSV).Experience in serialization and full track and trace, as well as experience with product labeling, track and trace methodologies, and regulatory compliance related to anti-counterfeiting measures.Experience with vendor management, including selection & qualification.Additional Skills / Preferences :
