We are Merlin Digital Partner ! A leading IT and digital headhunting company who stands out from the crowd, boasting over a decade of experience.

We've successfully collaborated and played a pivotal role in the growth of industry heavyweights such as Wallapop, Glovo, Banc Sabadell among others.

We are currently looking for a Head of Sales of the Iberian market. Our partner, a fast-growing tech company.

What we're looking for a Head of Sal es that :

Your main mission is to lead and develop the commercial strat egy for the Iberian market, managing existi ng key accou nts, expanding t he retail busin ess, and drivi ng business developm ent in new verticals.

Externally, you are the Company Iberia representa tive for local media, professional networks… and internally in the company, you are the voice of the countries to translate the financial economics, the needs, ongoing activities and potential opportunities.

Key responsabilities :

  • Manage a team of Key account ma nagers
  • Collaborate with local teams and HQ to align roadmaps.
  • Identify new verticals and opportun ities through market analysis and test & learn.
  • Build bu siness and strategic cases to validate market fit and grow customer base.
  • E nsure customer satisfaction, focusing on upselling and cross-selling.
  • P repare budgets, forecasts, and r eport sales performance to management.
  • Represent the c ompany in local and global events.

What they expect from you :

  • Strong B2B sales ex perience with a focus on new business dev
  • Delopment+ 3 years of managerial experience as head of sales or
  • similar.
  • Strong commercial skills with a proven track record in driving revenue growth.
  • Lea dership qualities with a hands-on approach
  • Ex cellent interpersonal skills and negotiation ab ilities .
  • Strong listening and analytica l skills to understand clien t needs.
  • Pe rsuasive mind set and res ilience in the face of commercial challenges.
  • Fl uent in English and Spanish is man datory;  Other languages  is highly valued.
