We are seeking a detail-oriented Talent Analyst to join our team. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, streamlining, and supporting all HR functions, with a focus on payroll, recruiting, and HR processes.Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities :

  • Payroll and Administrative Support :
  • Manage payroll calculations with external service providers, as well as coordinate internally with the accounting team.- Assist in handling employees' leaves, vacations, and maintain employees' records, managing personnel files, updating databases, and ensuring compliance with documentation requirements.- Support in controlling personnel expenses.- Recruitment and Onboarding :
  • Participate in the recruitment process by screening resumes, organizing interviews, and co-conducting initial interviews.- Manage employees' onboarding and offboarding.- Participate in recruiting events with universities.- Generate regular reports on hiring trends, candidate experience, and HR metrics.- Performance and Development :
  • Support the annual performance management process, assist in organizing training sessions and overall employees' development initiatives.- Logistic coordination and support in internal and / or external training, as well as follow-up of the Annual Training Plan.- Benefits Administration and HR Data Management :
  • Administer employees' benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and answering employees' queries regarding benefits packages.- Assist in collecting and analyzing HR data, generating reports, and maintaining accurate HR databases.- Ensure the integrity of employment records and support compliance with labor laws and company policies.- Act as a liaison between Talent, Finance, Compliance, and IT for data consistency and reporting alignment.- HR Policies :
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.- Help maintain employees' records in accordance with requirements and assist in responding to audits or inquiries.- Participate in policy development and updates.Required Skills and QualificationsRequirements :
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration and management, Law, Labor Relations, Human Resources, or related fields.- Experience of up to 1 year in similar functions, essential in payroll management and / or recruiting processes for junior staff.- Solid understanding of HR principles, policies, and practices.- Demonstrable analytical skills and high attention to detail.- Proactivity and effective time management.- High ethical standards towards confidentiality and handling information with utmost integrity.- Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.- Proficient in Microsoft Office.- High level of English proficiency.Candidate ProfileIf you share these values, we'd love to hear from you.
