Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for issues, communicate with customers, and offer support
• Perform troubleshooting and incident response on systems according to FAQs and instructions
• Escalate trouble tickets to second-line support when unable to resolve issues
• Track issues through to resolution
• Implement software delivery and upgrades
• Triage or troubleshoot issues within defined areas
