We are seeking a skilled Digital Performance Marketing Manager to join our team.
This role will involve planning, implementing and analyzing Paid Performance Marketing campaigns across different brands and products with a strong focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM).
- Developing and executing SEM strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Managing large budgets for Paid Search campaigns and optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
- Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities :
Full ownership of performance for a specific market or product area.Identification of growth opportunities, testing hypotheses and scaling winning tests to increase performance marketing traffic at a given target.Deliverance of performance reports and insights to the team and internal stakeholders promoting new ideas and methods.Addressing and escalating campaign performance issues, performing regular optimization of marketing campaigns.Optimizing accounts to target, management of roadmaps and ensuring timely delivery.Working closely with IT team on creating, managing and developing tools to automate bids, landing page optimization, reporting.Establishment of new processes and improvement of existing campaigns with automation solutions.Supporting internal sharing of knowledge through training and coaching.Adherence of Performance Marketing best practice at all times.Requirements :
4 years in Performance Marketing, with a preferred focus on SEM.Excel skills : interpretation and analysis of big chunks of data from multiple sources.Dynamism and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.Ability to leverage data to influence marketing decisions.Experience managing large budgets for Paid Search campaigns.Automated bidding (GoogleAds, SearchAds360, etc).Mysql, BigQuery.A / B test tools.What We Offer :
