Software Professional in Java Development

Mallorca is home to a leading financial institution driving innovation in the finance space. We're seeking an experienced Java Developer to join our well-established tech team working on critical systems for major players in the sector.

We're looking for someone who can design and develop scalable backend solutions using Java, collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, and Product, contribute to architecture decisions, and work on secure and compliant systems used by thousands of customers.

Designing and developing scalable backend solutions in Java.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Contributing to architecture decisions and performance tuning.
Working on secure and compliant systems.

Requirements :

Strong experience with Java (8 or above) and Spring / Spring Boot.

Familiarity with REST APIs, SQL, and version control systems (Git).

Experience in financial services or working with secure systems is a plus.

Ability to work on-site in Mallorca (hybrid options available).
