Shortdescription of the work field :

As Country Sales Manager Iberia , you will lead the local salesof Apollo Tyres across all product lines, carrying full commercialresponsibility for the Spanish and Portuguese market. You will steer ourbrand’s presence, build lasting customer relationships, and drive revenuegrowth through a combination of direct sales leadership, market strategy, anddealer management. Working in close alignment with our South-West Cluster(Spain, Portugal, France, Italy) and European leadership team, you will shapeand execute market-specific business plans that enhance brand positioning andmaximize profitability.

This is a high-impact, hands-on leadershiprole for an ambitious sales leader who thrives in a fast-paced environmentand brings deep industry knowledge and strategic thinking to the table.

Whatwill be your role?

DriveStrategic Sales Execution & Market Expansion

  • Own the development and implementation of country-specificbusiness plans aligned with Apollo Tyres’ European strategy
  • Lead and motivate the local sales team and dealer network toachieve ambitious sales targets and margin goals
  • Translate market insights into actionable opportunities thatboost market share and customer loyalty

Lead Operational Excellence & profitability Performance

  • Take responsibility for all sales for Spain and Portugal
  • Prepare and manage annual budgets in collaboration with localand European stakeholders
  • Monitor performance metrics, and maximizesales team potential
  • ShapeOur Market Presence & Local Impact

  • Steer the relationship with localcustomers and partners in Spain and Portugal
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging and policy adherence acrosssales, pricing, channel strategies, and marketing
  • Identify the best distribution channels and partnerships toexpand reach and improve market penetration
  • Areyou our ideal candidate?

  • You hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration orEngineering
  • You bring significant experience in sales leadership, ideallyin the tyre, automotive, or related B2B sectors
  • You combine strategic thinking with operational excellence anda strong commercial instinct
  • You’re an excellent communicator and team leader, fluent in Spanish and English
  • You know how to manage budgets, negotiate deals, and buildpartnerships that last
  • You thrive under pressure, adapt easily, and love makingdata-driven decisions
  • You live in the Barcelona region or are open to relocate
