The Marketing Analytics and Insight team is part of the marketing operation, and works in close partnership with cross functional teams including the broader go-to-market organization, marketing and sales organizations. As the engine and oil of our marketing machine, driving efficiency, optimization and smooth operations.The Position :

The Marketing Analytics and Insight Manager is responsible for driving the company's data-driven marketing strategy by analyzing complex data sets, deriving actionable insights, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and marketing expertise to optimize campaign performance, improve customer acquisition and retention, and influence product development and go-to-market strategiesThe Work You'll Do :

• Data Analysis and Reporting :

Analyze large datasets from various marketing channels (digital, social, email, SEO, etc.) to assess campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.

Analyze marketing and campaign data to identify trends, spot opportunities, and uncover areas for improvement across acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Design and maintain self-service dashboards to provide actionable insights to marketing leaders.

Help ensure data quality and consistency, and support improvements in how data is captured, shared, and used.

Conduct deep dives into customer data to understand customer journeys, segmentations, and lifetime value (LTV). Utilize this information to inform personalized marketing strategies and product offerings.

Partner with product, sales, finance, and IT teams to ensure that marketing strategies align with broader business goals. Facilitate data sharing and integration across departments to provide a holistic view of performance.

If applicable, manage and mentor a team of marketing analysts, providing guidance and support to develop their skills and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights.Requirements :
