Job Description :

We are seeking an accomplished project manager to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of a large-scale research and innovation project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing European projects, demonstrating a deep understanding of EU funding frameworks and processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist the Pilot Line Director and Work Package leaders in daily operational tasks and ensure effective communication and information flow between stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, decisions, to-do lists, action trackers, and internal deadlines.
• Oversee the timely delivery of technical milestones and deliverables in line with project schedules.
• Cultivate strong relationships with consortium members to ensure compliance with project timelines and obligations.
• Support project amendment processes when necessary and organize periodic and final reporting to funding bodies.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of Science, Engineering, or a related discipline. A minimum of two years of experience managing European Projects is essential, as well as at least two years of experience preparing research proposals within a scientific or academic environment.
