As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all HR administrative tasks, including employee lifecycle management, absences, accidents, and insurance coordination. You will ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in our ERP system and coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
As the go-to contact for employment contracts, certificates, training agreements, and internal regulations, you will maintain high-quality HR data and create HR dashboards. You will collaborate closely with other HR team members and the Payroll department to contribute to various HR projects.
