Country Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Country Business Growth Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business in Spain.

You will lead a team of 200+ individuals and oversee multiple departments, including operations, marketing, finance, sales, innovation, partnerships, and more. Your primary objective will be to multiply the size of our current business by 10x, making you the CEO of Spain with full P&L ownership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in fast-paced environments, such as startups, investment banking, top consulting firms, or top internet companies.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams of over 100 people, including senior management and re-organization.
• Led negotiations of multi-million contracts and have built relationships with C-level executives.
• Led P&L with full ownership and multiple departments, including operations, marketing, and core functions.
• Able to inspire teams, attract talent, and obsessed with high performance and raising the bar.
• Persuasive and comfortable selling ideas and solutions.
• Data-driven mentality, making decisions based on data and business judgment.
• Owner mindset, always pushing for action, objective-oriented, and deadline-driven.
• Ensure highest standards for yourself and your team with deliverables and business objectives.
