As an Accounting Specialist on our team, you will :
• Work with the accounting team and finance partners to analyze and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports / statements.
• Analyze income statement accounts and reconciles balance sheet accounts monthly.
• Review general ledger accounts, identifies issues, and makes recommendations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly schedules for management personnel, external auditors, and SEC reporting.
• Monitor functioning of SAGE, Workday, and other related systems and liaises with applications support staff as appropriate. • Are native or proficient in Spanish and English- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a four-year college or university- Have one to three years related experience (preferred)- Have proficiency with various software applications programs including Microsoft Suite- Have Knowledge of SAGE X3 is (preferred)- Have Knowledge of the company´s business, customers, and vendors- Have Knowledge and application of generally accepted accounting principlesHave strong customer service-orientation, demonstrated in previous relevant roles- Have ability to manage relationships with employees and staff within the organization- Can demonstrate analytical skills to review financial data and produce reports and statements that meet company standards Don’t meet every requirement?
