As a member of the Supply Operations squad , you’ll join the Tutor Development team , which focuses on delivering life-changing learning experiences for tutors. In this role, you will lead how we educate tutors on Preply’s platform, features, tools, and best practices - ensuring they are well-equipped to succeed. You will work cross-functionally to design and deliver high-impact training programs, manage our learning infrastructure, and help tutors thrive by making complex changes simple and actionable.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and deliver scalable learning experiences for tutors on how Preply works, including onboarding, product updates, and policy / process changes
• Partner with subject matter experts to develop inclusive, high-quality asynchronous learning solutions that support tutor performance and continuous professional development (CPD)
• Coordinate and facilitate live training delivery across regions (eg. webinars, conference)
• Own our learning tools, leading the evaluation and replacement of the current LMS (Thinkific), managing vendor selection, implementation, and long-term maintenance
• Define and implement the most effective formats for each training type (e.g. async courses, microlearning, live sessions)
• Collaborate with Communication, Product, and Data teams to ensure tutor training is timely, targeted, and engaging
• Analyze content performance and user feedback to continuously optimise learning impact and reach
