About Nordic Innovators

We advise our clients throughout the entire project financing journey, from identification of the optimal financing strategy to full project implementation and following project administration and compliance. Our success has given us a stellar reputation with multinational corporates, deep tech scaleups, and renowned European universities and research institutions.

We are looking for experienced Freelance Proposal Writers to write proposals for Horizon Europe, LIFE, and CBE-JU funding calls and turn ideas into impact.

As a freelancer for Nordic Innovators, you will work closely with our clients to craft compelling, strategic EU funding proposals focused on areas such as climate change, energy transition, and bioeconomy.

We are looking to build long-term collaborations with high-performing freelance writers. You´ll be supported by our in-house experts while taking the lead on proposals and have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and disruptive start-ups across Europe.

This is a fully remote, project-based freelance contract.

Responsibilities

• Writing and preparing high-quality, detailed proposals for Horizon Europe (primarily clusters 4, 5, 6), LIFE, Clean Hydrogen and CBE-JU funding programmes.
• Leading client management processes from the outset with a focus on service and quality.
• Conducting relevant research, analysis, and strategic decision-making pertaining to a successful proposal.
• Collaborating on developing business plans and commercial strategies for ground-breaking solutions and projects.
