As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will be instrumental in driving customer acquisition and revenue growth by sourcing new sales opportunities qualifying prospects and setting the stage for successful sales closures. You will build and maintain a high-performance pipeline while ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead Generation : Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Prospect Management : Manage and develop an existing portfolio of leads to ensure engagement and progression through the sales funnel.
Marketing Agility : Strong collaboration with Marketing team to improve quality and nurture Inbound and Outbound Leads.
Sales Environment : Operate effectively in a fast-paced sales environment utilizing phone calls and emails to connect with potential customers.
Research and Identification : Conduct thorough research on accounts identify key decision-makers and generate interest in our products and services.
Database Maintenance : Maintain and expand our database of prospects within the assigned territory ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
CRM Management : Manage accounts prospects calls and activities in to track progress and performance.
Lead Routing : Route qualified opportunities to sales executives for further development and closure when appropriate.
Competitive Awareness : Stay informed about competing products and services to effectively position our offerings.
Sales Mentality : Focus on qualifying high-quality leads and ensuring proper follow-up to set the stage for successful sales closures by the sales team.
Process Improvement : Suggest and implement improvements in the sales administration process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
Language Skills. We are looking for three different profiles with :
Native Level of French & Fluent in English (France & Swiss Market).
Native Level of English (UK & Irish Market).
Advanced level of Italian & Spanish. Fluency in English (Spanish Italian and Portuguese Market).
Communication Skills : Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers.
Phone Presence : Comfortable making numerous calls per day and effectively engaging with prospects.
Discipline and Time Management : Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work independently.
CRM Experience : Experience working with a CRM system preferably .
Presentation Skills : Professional and confident presentation skills to effectively convey value propositions.
Sales Experience : Proven work experience in a sales or lead generation role preferably as an SDR
Target Achievement : Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Educational Background : A higher education degree is preferred particularly in International Business Sales Marketing or a related field.
