Position Summary

Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, we’re hiring a Product Manager to help drive the development and growth of our EEG and transcranial electrical stimulation systems. You’ll work across teams to shape products that are technically sound, clinically impactful, and aligned with real market needs. Experience with regulatory pathways, agile methodologies, and translating user insights into product direction is key.

What Will You Do

  • Translate business objectives into the strategy of the assigned product / product group appropriately involving the rest of the organization.
  • Present product growth opportunities in the light of business objectives.
  • Own project and sprint execution : define project plans, assign tasks to product development teams, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove roadblocks to execution.
  • Report on project status, risks, and emerging needs.
  • Set milestones and define deliverables across product development cycles.
  • Define and improve project management practices across the product organization.
  • Drive outbound product activities : market research, customer interviews, competitive analysis, business case creation, and product marketing.
  • Lead inbound product activities : translating clinical / technical needs into requirements for engineering, QA, regulatory, and manufacturing.
  • Act as product champion internally and externally; build alignment across sales, R&D, operations, and clinical teams.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of product practices and cross-functional processes.

What Do You Need

  • 4+ years in product management or related roles within medtech or regulated industries.
  • BSc. or MSc. in Engineering, Science, or related field.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and sprint planning cycles.
  • Experience in hardware / software product development.
  • Experience with agile frameworks and resource allocation using tools like JIRA, GitLab, or similar.
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
