We're looking for an experienced and passionate Game Development Lead on behalf of our client to spearhead the development of a unique and innovative game project. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a small, focused team in building a custom game engine and implementing intricate game designs. You'll be instrumental in shaping the technological foundation and core gameplay experiences of our ambitious title.

What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a small team of game developers
• Customize and extend the Bevy game engine (Rust-based) to meet project requirements
• Implement complex game designs provided by their partners
• Develop a wide range of game systems, including :
• Custom tooling
• Advanced procedural generation systems
• Traditional gaming elements like companion AI, trading, caravaning systems, and survival crafting
• Collaborate closely with game designers and other stakeholders to bring the vision to life
• Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions for the game engine and its systems
