Job Overview :

We are seeking a strategic Digital Marketing Manager to develop and execute TikTok platform operation strategies, overseeing daily operations on the platform.

The successful candidate will design and implement marketing plans for products and brand campaigns on TikTok, taking full responsibility for communication outcomes on the platform.

Key Responsibilities Include :

Develop and execute TikTok platform operation strategies; oversee daily operations on TikTok.
Design and implement marketing plans for products and brand campaigns on TikTok.
Regularly track emerging trends and new features on TikTok, analyze outstanding case studies from other brands, and produce research reports.

Requirements :

Experience Requirements :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.

At least 1 year of hands-on experience managing operations on TikTok, with solid knowledge of TikTok best practices, algorithms, and features.

Skill Requirements :

Strong creative thinking and content planning abilities.

Excellent data analysis skills.

Fluent in Spanish, and proficient in English as a working language.

Personal Attributes :

Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation.

Good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with different departments.
