As a Senior Product Manager, you will :

Understand Customer Needs : Dive deep into customer problems using continuous discovery methods, identify opportunities, and design innovative solutions.

Drive Product Strategy : Develop strategies to address customer pain points, optimize user experiences, and achieve business OKRs.

Own Product Development : Lead the entire lifecycle from ideation to post-release, ensuring exceptional product quality and user satisfaction.

Data-Driven Decision Maker : Experience with user research, A / B testing, and leveraging qualitative / quantitative data to inform decisions.

PLG (Product-Led Growth) Mindset : Strong experience in developing growth strategies and optimizing product performance.

UX / UI Understanding : Ability to create seamless, intuitive user experiences.

Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
