Join our international back-office team as a representative for the German-speaking market! Your fluent German skills will be key in providing outstanding support to our customers, and with good Spanish or English skills, you’ll further strengthen our internal communication. Working closely with the sales department to ensure a smooth and satisfying customer experience
Efficiently using digital tools and systems for productive task management
At least one year of experience in a customer-facing role, ideally with phone contact, or relevant experience in (online) retail or customer service
Fluent German communication skills, both spoken and written, for customer interactions, along with good English and / or Spanish skills for internal collaboration
