Job Description :

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain has an exciting opportunity to join our Financial Department as a Finance Analyst FP&A, based in Madrid, Spain. As our Finance Analyst FP&A, you will support Spanish leadership and their teams in the pharmaceutical business. You will also be responsible for implementing and integrating digital technologies to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness. This role reports to the Business Controller for Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine Spain.

Financial Planning & Controlling

• Review major Opex variations versus budget cycles, understand key drivers, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Manage end-to-end financial planning & forecasting for your area.
• Provide financial analysis and scenario thinking to support strategic decisions.
• Implement digital tools to improve processes.
