WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks :
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key clients in the insurance and financial services sectors.
- Build and nurture long-term strategic relationships with stakeholders at various levels, including C-level executives, IT leaders, and business managers.
- Understand clients’ business goals, operational challenges, and regulatory environment to ensure the company delivers high-impact, value-added IT solutions.
- Monitor ongoing projects and services to ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual agreements.
- Facilitate communication between the client and internal teams (technical, delivery, innovation), ensuring that feedback is captured and acted upon proactively.
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and account growth through continuous engagement and service improvement initiatives.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs and market trends.
- Provide strategic input on service design, innovation, and business development initiatives based on client insights and market intelligence.
- Represent the company at industry events and client governance meetings to reinforce strategic alignment and partnership positioning.
