Senior Performance Marketing Specialist-Remote

Descripción del trabajo3+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping), preferably on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP). 3+ years of experience managing programmatic campaigns on DV360. Good understanding of analytics, tracking solutions and attribution models. Ability to leverage data from different sources, and translate it into actionable insights to help you optimize campaigns. Working knowledge and experience with Google Analytics and Looker Studio is desirable. Great communication skills to deliver clear, actionable and relevant insights to both clients and internal stakeholders (data story-telling). English -speaker (C2 or native) - ESSENTIAL. You're detail-oriented, with a drive for perfection down to the last number. You can ensure the quality of the work done, striving for efficiency. You’re proactive, organized, curious, and empathetic, and you can multitask across multiple workstreams. You are a self-starter : you thrive on taking ownership of initiatives with limited oversight because discovery is our place. A collaborative atmosphere, working together in an interdisciplinary team where you’ll support other teams and receive support from the management team. Your work-life balance is important to us, so we offer flexible working hours (8 : 30 - 10 am margin) and early finish on Fridays (3 pm). Option to work remotely or at the office (Barcelona). Senior Performance Marketing Specialist-Remote
Integrated marketing and creative agency is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Performance team.
We are in search of a dynamic, outcome-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills to become a part of our performance marketing team. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our clients and team members to formulate strategies and oversee the everyday management of our paid social, search, and display initiatives. You’ll present our clients with insightful, actionable advice and proactively offer solutions that will assist them in achieving growth in the short, medium, and long term.
Responsibilities
- Development of overall media investment and expansion strategies of cross-channel digital campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns on a daily basis across creative, bidding, audience data sets and daily budget management.
- Active collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. data, marketing, design, technical) in assessing campaign briefs and execution of day-to-day tactics that increase traffic, leads, revenue and ROAS.
- Creating actionable audiences and tailored messaging.
- Crafting and evaluating campaign performance of well-defined KPI’s, learning and iterating based on results.
