The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in analyzing and optimizing eCommerce platforms, with a focus on integrating financial systems and business requirements into actionable IT solutions. Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst .
• Functional knowledge of Finance, Taxes, Fiscal Legislation, and Accounting flows, particularly in eCommerce.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms such as Commercetools, Magento, or Shopify.
• Solid experience in Agile / DevOps environments.
• Exposure to a diverse range of technical configurations, technologies, and processing environments.
• Strong communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, in English.
• Ability to document, analyze, and improve eCommerce processes.
• Experience in creating comprehensive training materials and supporting teams with product adoption.
• English fluent and Spanish nice to have.
• Open to hybrid mode in Barcelona.
• Analyze and document business requirements for eCommerce processes and financial system integrations, including platforms like Commercetools, Magento, and Shopify.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to translate business strategies and requirements into actionable IT solutions.
• Assist the Product Owner and Tech Lead in refining the strategy for continuous product enhancements.
• Conduct thorough analysis, documentation, and testing of program development, logic, process flows, and specifications.
• Create comprehensive training materials and conduct training sessions to ensure smooth product adoption.
• Actively participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues as part of the third-level support team.
• Identify gaps in existing functionalities and explore options for improvement and process automation.
• Design business scenarios and use cases to optimize product introductions and change management efforts.
• Guide cross-functional teams in understanding business needs and collaboratively finding optimal solutions.
