IT Technical Support Engineer

Responsibilities

Support on big accounts problem solving and project delivery.

Product testing, POC and customer training.

Manage and coordinate resources to solve complicated issues.

Carry out other duties assigned by the line manager.

Requirements

Bachelor degree and above，computer，electronic，communication and related major.

Strong learning capability and problem analysis , solving capability.

Good at Spanish and Chinese listening, speaking, reading and writing.

Good communication , coordination capability and strong logical and analysis capability .

Be positive, practical and serious, have service awareness.

Have strong adaptability, can adapt business trip.

Could be base in Madrid and Barcelona
