Lead Business Solutions Specialist

Job Title

A highly skilled Business Analyst Lead is required to join our Europe Digital team in Madrid. This exciting opportunity will enable you to lead and execute key projects and change initiatives within order management, invoicing and digitization in the lead-to-cash area.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for directly coordinating, aligning and partnering with the business via managing specific order to cash process areas such as order management and Billing. They will also handle small projects and initiatives as the subject matter expert, focusing on strategy, solutioning and delivery of the required projects and initiatives.

This role requires strong logical thinking ability, capable of summarizing different requirements and abstracting business solutions. The ideal candidate must have experience in corporate digital transformation projects, familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP product management and IT project management experience.

They will work closely with other Global and Regional commercial and other business partners to develop and implement best practice processes, innovations and digital solutions. Key responsibilities include developing business cases, value statements and finance control frameworks.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience in in-house Business Analyst or external IT consulting fields
• More than 2 years of LTC-related experience
• Familiarity with LTC processes including customer management, Lead and Opportunity management, order fulfillment and distribution management, sales finance knowledge
• Familiarity with SAP or Oracle ERP product management preferred
• Strong logical thinking ability, capable of summarizing different requirements and abstracting business solutions
• Experience in large-scale IT project implementation preferred
• Fluent in spoken English, strong communication skills
