Are you a dynamic HRIS professional with deep expertise in Workday Compensation ? We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Workday Consultant to support the design, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM system, with a strong focus on Compensation modules . You will participate from scratch in the implementation of Workday in a leading European retail company with presence in several countries.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead and support the implementation and optimization of Workday Compensation processes
- Configure and maintain compensation plans, merit cycles, bonus structures, and advanced compensation tools
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate business needs into effective system solutions
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and ensure data integrity across compensation modules
- Provide guidance and training to HR teams and end-users
