We are now seeking a Talent & Development Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'd be responsible for coordinating and administering activities related to employee training, talent management, and organisational development. You'll need to ensure smooth execution of learning programs, maintain training records, and support broader HR initiatives aimed at employee growth and performance.
Your key responsibilities :
- Schedule, organise, communicate and coordinate Learning & Development activities across the International Contact Centre, supporting with maximum attendance of training events.
- Schedule the Talent & Development calendar, partnering with the team, the business (including WFM) using the LMS (Learning Management System), ensuring records are up to date.
- Coordinate external vendors, trainers, equipment, invoicing and requirements to ensure successful training experiences, including workshop venues and travel arrangements, if necessary.
- Ensuring queries for the Learning & Development mailbox are attended to promptly.
- Regular reporting on registration, attendance, online completions, feedback and ROI to the team, Training Committee, and the wider business.
- FUNDAE administration, communicating with the Worker Council, liaising with internal trainers and vendors and being an advisor for the organisation regarding FUNDAE.
- Collaborate with the Training Committee as a Secretary, ensuring meetings are scheduled, communications are agreed internally and sent in a timely manner and supporting the Minute Taker.
- Admin support related to communication tools (e.g. SharePoint, Canva) and training materials (e.g. PowerPoint).
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Personal efficiency, time management skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands effectively.Ability to collect, gather, analyse data and present results and insights.Problem solving, engaging with multiple stakeholders with different priorities.Strong interpersonal & communication skills.Passionate about learning new concepts and acquiring skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) & FUNDAE is a plus.Benefits
