Job Description : Purpose of Role :

  • Manage daily reconciliation and posting in SAP of supplier invoices against internal reservation system records, including dispute resolution processes.
  • Maintain a clean AP ledger and prepare bi-monthly supplier payments on time.
  • Serve as the main contact for suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice processing and reconciliation, requiring close interaction with external suppliers and internal relations and operations teams.
  • Participate in monthly closing tasks related to the AP area (cost of goods sold) and monitor risks such as open and un-invoiced bookings.
  • Contribute to process optimization and standardization efforts related to supplier invoice processing and reconciliation.

Accountabilities :

  • Ensure the accuracy of the AP sub-ledger through timely and precise transaction recording.
  • Minimize negative breakage risks by tracking delayed invoices.
  • Adhere to internal controls and processes to safeguard company assets, mainly cash assets.
  • Skills :

  • Excellent organizational, structured planning, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under time pressure.
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
  • Result-oriented and proactive mindset to foster positive change.
  • Good command of English.
  • Experience :

  • Accounting qualification is desirable.
  • At least 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in a service-oriented or international environment.
