ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Manager with a structured mindset who loves to build and improve our Business Central-based systems and processes and always finds a way to get things done! Fevers Financial Systems and Process Innovation team is central in providing a high quality finance infrastructure which enables timely accurate and controlled reporting and accounting processes across all Fever markets globally. You will :
- Lead the global rollout of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across 40 countries coordinating with the entire finance team to standardize processes while accommodating local requirements
- Act as the key liaison between finance data product other internal teams and external partners translating business needs into system requirements and scalable solutions
- Configure financial modules (GL AP AR Fixed Assets consolidation etc.) and support end-to-end implementation including data migration and user setup
- Support continuous improvement by identifying process inefficiencies leading system enhancements and staying current on Microsoft Business Central and Microsoft Power Platform
- Develop and document global finance processes and controls ensuring consistency compliance and audit readiness across entities
- Deliver user training onboarding and support building system expertise within local and central finance teams provide user support
- Administer and maintain Business Central ensuring system stability data integrity and alignment with finance operations
- Monitor and manage user roles and permissions maintaining appropriate access controls and segregation of duties
