WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Big Data Developer, you will participate in the Regulatory and Compliance technology team at Banco Santander.

We need someone like you to help us in different areas :

• Business application development (full software lifecycle : problem analysis, technical solution, solution design, development, testing, and production deployment).
• Communicating with users to understand technological needs and providing strategic solutions.
• Code optimization and analysis, including threat modeling, exhaustive SAST, Sonar.
• Planning projects using Agile methodology.
• Managing internal tools to document ALM throughout all project phases.
• Supporting incident resolution, including planned interventions.
• Developing unit, integrated, and regression tests.
• Managing tools to facilitate releases.

EXPERIENCE

At least 3 years of experience as a Big Data Developer.

Fluent in Spanish and English.

EDUCATION

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, or related fields.

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Necessary : GitHub, knowledge of various databases (Oracle, PLSQL, PostgreSQL), ETL processes, Microservices (Spring Boot), OpenShift, Flink, Drools, Kafka, DevOps practices, Agile methodology and tools (Jira, Confluence), S3, Elastic, Angular, and business knowledge in the Transactional Regulatory Reporting area.
