Customer Advisor

As this is an entry-level position (no experience needed), you will be trained and constantly guided by your managers and your team. You will be able to learn new processes and concepts, develop your language and negotiation skills, and work in a digital environment with some of the most innovative technologies on the market.

As a Customer Advisor in our team, you will :

• Review customer requests and expectations and respond to them according to their needs and situations.
• Manage multichannel interactions to ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Learn how to use software solutions specific to the IT / Telecommunications industry that improve people’s lives.
• Effectively manage all incoming incidents in a customer service environment.
