Financial : Responsible for developing and delivering the commercial territory budgets, focusing on local promotion and sales. Ensures that the Iberia contribution aligns with global goals.
Stakeholders :
Business : Responsible for working with the Iberia Director to set, agree, and deliver the sales budget for the territory. Establishes and implements short- and long-term growth plans, including new services and solutions. Collaborates with stakeholders to develop strategies that drive growth and meet revenue and profitability targets. Maintains strong relationships with Business Development, Key Account Management, Channel and Distribution, and Digital partners.
Operations and Propositions : Ensures effective sales forecasting within the territory to meet business needs. Communicates local needs to global teams and tracks logistics efficiencies. Oversees local Customer Services and Tech Support, aligning them with global structures. Ensures local client needs are met by coordinating with the Global Product Department.
Marketing : Collaborates with the Marketing Director to align sales and marketing strategies. Ensures integrated efforts targeting potential clients and develops lead nurturing strategies.
Compliance : Upholds Cambridge University Press and Assessment values and ethics. Ensures adherence to all compliance policies and reports issues promptly.
Data : Oversees Salesforce data accuracy, ensuring market segmentation and opportunities are correctly captured. Works with the Technology Department to implement Business Intelligence systems for sales analysis and strategic planning.
