We're seeking an ambitious Founder's Associate who is eager to kick-start their career in Startups, and is unapologetically open-minded. You will also spend a lot of your time building our internal AI systems, you do not need to know how to code necessarily, but a data-driven mindset would help.

  • Strong technical aptitude and ability to implement tech solutions

    • Key Responsibilities :

  • Managing and interfacing with our internal AI systems
  • Client relationship management and operations
  • Develop, implement, and optimize business processes across all departments
  • Manage and execute multiple projects simultaneously
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and drive strategic initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and implement innovative solutions
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO on operational strategy

    • Requirements :

  • Worked in a fast-paced management consulting, for 1-2 years.
  • Very strong academic performance
  • Proficiency with business software and willingness to learn new tools
  • Excellent communication skills (English only)
  • Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
