Are you passionate about delivering top-notch customer service?

Were looking for a Customer Service Representative who is fluent in Swedish to join our dynamic team in Barcelona. This is your chance to make a difference by helping customers with their inquiries in a fast-paced and supportive environment.

What Youll Do :

Assist Customers : Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, chat, and automated alerts, ensuring efficient and effective responses.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of interactions in our call management system, adhering to agreed SLAs for timely resolutions.

Stay Updated : Keep your knowledge fresh on our products and services tailored to individual customer needs.

Issue Escalation : Identify and escalate potential service issues to senior team members when necessary.

Collaborate : Work with your team on special projects and provide coverage for colleagues as needed.

Administrative Tasks : Manage holiday, sickness, and overtime records while participating in regular team meetings.

What Were Looking For :

Language Skills : C2 / fluent in Swedish, both verbal and written, with a good level of English (minimum B2).

Experience : At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in technical support.

Technical Knowledge : Advanced understanding of signal path connectivity, wireless networking, and music / audiovisual products.

Customer Focus : Strong aptitude for customer service with excellent listening skills and the ability to address customer needs.

Problem-Solving : Ability to take ownership of customer calls, progressing them to resolution or escalating when needed.
