Welcome to Our Off-Grid Rural Hotel, Restaurant, and Permaculture Farm

We're opening in June 2025, located in Alta Garrotxa national park near Girona. Our vision is to create a unique, sustainable destination that combines wellness, cycling, yoga retreats, and farm-to-table dining. A chance to be part of a unique, sustainability-focused project.

  • Hotel or leisure-related experience as Duty Manager or similar role.
  • Be fluent in Spanish / Catalan and English.

Full-time Operations (Manager) to join our pre-opening team. Responsibilities include managing our day-to-day Front Office operations to create a memorable, effortless experience for guests — from arrival to departure.

You'll be hands-on, working both front and back of house, including restaurant, farm, and events, engaging with guests and team members alike.

Assist the Owner in managing health and safety compliance procedures.

Act as Manager on duty, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues promptly.

Key Requirements (NN = Non-Negotiable) :

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a front office position. (NN)
  • Exceptional people skills for both guests and team members. (NN)
  • Experience in all front office aspects : check-in / out, housekeeping, bookings, customer service, revenue management. (NN)
  • Implement and maintain efficient front office procedures and systems.
  • Experience in group management.
  • Experience in front-of-house Food and Beverage operations.
  • Familiarity with Mews operating system is a plus.
  • Multilingual : English, Spanish, and / or Catalan. (NN)
  • Legal authorization to work in Spain / residing locally. (NN)
  • Valid driving license. (NN)
  • Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or similar role in hospitality.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of sustainable practices and eco-friendly initiatives.
  • Experience in digital marketing and social media content creation.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Collaborate with other departments to reduce environmental impact.
