IT Business Analyst – Digital LabWe are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to support various projects in chemistry and microbiology labs across R&D and Manufacturing plants. This role focuses on aligning business needs with IT solutions, ensuring efficient and compliant lab operations.Education- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related life science discipline (e.G., chemistry, biology).Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with lab teams to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.- Participate in the design, implementation, and validation of IT systems in labs (e.G., LIMS, ELN, CDS).- Drive process improvements and system integrations to enhance operational efficiency.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including GxP standards.- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams.Candidate Profile- Experience :
Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst in lab environments, preferably within R&D or Manufacturing in the pharmaceutical industry.- Skills :
Strong analytical skills, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate business needs into IT solutions.- Technical Knowledge :
Familiarity with lab systems and workflows, with a strong understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.- Soft Skills :
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.- Availability :
