Our goal is to contribute to a better future through technology. We value people over heroes or super talents.

What are we looking for?

We need a UX Designer to lead the design of intuitive, compliant, and engaging web applications that manage connected access control systems.

You will help shape a responsive, cloud-hosted IoT platform for monitoring and controlling automatic doors and access points remotely, in compliance with IEC60839 and security standards.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Conduct user research and journey mapping related to access control and security management.
  • Design scalable, responsive web interfaces for desktop and tablet devices.
  • Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using tools like Figma.
  • Extend existing design systems and UI libraries, ensuring consistency with brand and accessibility guidelines.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and security teams to define interfaces that reflect system health and real-time alerts.
  • Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback and analytics.
  • Ensure compliance with IEC60839, including logging, door control, and auditability.
  • Design for real-time IoT environments, handling edge cases and connection states.
  • Document UX decisions and participate in agile processes.

Skills & Experience :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in UX, Interaction Design, HCI, or related field.
  • 5+ years designing web applications, preferably for B2B SaaS or IoT.
  • Proficiency with Figma.
  • Understanding of REST APIs, event-driven UI, and real-time UX.
  • Knowledge of authentication, role-based access, and activity auditing from a UX perspective.
  • Experience with cloud applications focusing on latency, security, and observability.
  • Applications from people with disability certificates are welcome.

    What do we offer?

  • Permanent contract for a stable, long-term project.
  • Salary based on experience.
  • Vacation days with additional days per year of service (up to 3 extra).
  • Monthly team feedback sessions.
  • Flexible working hours.
  • Access to our gamification platform, Profile Play.
  • Flexible compensation options (meal vouchers, transport, childcare).
  • Perks & gifts : Christmas hamper, birthday gift card, raffles.
  • Team events : summer party, Christmas dinner.
  • Tech communities for knowledge sharing.
  • Customized training plans for growth.
  • Shall we talk?
