As an Investment Operations Associate (Temporary), you will have the opportunity to :

  • Be responsible for correct daily processing, posting, and clearing of securities transactions, and income payments.
  • Handle timely month-end closing activities.
  • Perform Net Asset Value (NAV) calculation for Unit Linked business and some non-Unit Linked portfolios.
  • Conduct periodic reconciliation of securities holdings and cash account holdings.
  • Provide regular support as a subject matter expert and business analyst to projects, internal initiatives, and country-specific customer demands by sharing your expertise in operations processing.
  • Assist in resolving operational day-to-day problems identified by the operations department or referred from other functional areas, ensuring efficient and high-quality service, including managing issues according to the Group Incident Management Policy.
  • Support the provision of key performance targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize business performance in line with set objectives around automation.

What Makes You a Great Fit?

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting is preferred.
  • 4-5 years of practical experience in Investment Operations, Banking, or Insurance.
  • Fundamental knowledge of common asset classes in traditional financial instruments, risks, and markets.
  • Holding a CFA or similar certification would be highly valued.
  • FSCM / FAM / TRM-SAP Treasury / Financial technical skills are preferred.
  • Ability to work independently, take responsibility, lead by example, and enhance team knowledge and processes.
  • Strong client focus, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Willingness to learn new skills and share knowledge within the team.
