As a Lead Generator, your primary focus will be on commercializing our clients' products. Your daily tasks will involve :
- Qualifying prospects based on our KYC criteria (Know Your Customer)
- Understanding prospect needs and pitching our clients' value propositions and apartments
- Utilizing multiple channels for customer follow-up : phone, email, WhatsApp
- Addressing questions and objections throughout the sales cycle
- Handling document retrieval for reservation files and verifying against KYC criteria
- Selecting premises to optimize harmony among residents
- Contributing to B2C strategy improvement and process / tool evolution
- Managing and maintaining our clients' Salesforce CRM with precision
Requirements :
