We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Go-To-Market (GTM) Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of AWS's SAP business in EMEA. In this role, you will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for SAP workloads, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to position AWS as the cloud provider of choice for SAP customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute the GTM strategy for SAP workloads in EMEA
- Collaborate with field teams including Sales specialist, Partner sales, Marketing, and other Specialists to drive SAP workload (migration, Data and GenAI)
- Leverage deep SAP expertise to understand critical customer challenges and enable account-aligned teams to solve them.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to expand markets / accounts, develop scalable programs to drive adoption, and identify new opportunities within the SAP domain.
- Set and achieve long-term growth goals for EMEA, meeting or exceeding revenue and non-revenue driven KPIs.
- Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to global teams to inform product development and service improvements.
- Deliver monthly / quarterly business reviews and operational planning documents for the SAP domain in EMEA.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key SAP executives and partners in the region.
- Work closely with AWS product teams to ensure services meet SAP customers' needs.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years of relevant GTM, Sales, or Consulting experience7+ years of SAP experience, including deep knowledge of SAP RISE and migration strategiesProven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding targets in enterprise software salesStrong understanding of cloud technologies, including public and hybrid cloud platformsExperience in strategic thinking about business, enterprise software products, and new technology platformsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executivesExperience in negotiating complex deals with customers and partnersAbility to work effectively in a heavily matrix, fast-paced environmentFluency in EnglishPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Recognized industry expertise in SAP with proven public speaking and media presenceExperience interpreting data and creating compelling business cases and ROI analysesTrack record of identifying, negotiating, and executing complex multi-year projectsFamiliarity with AWS services and their application to SAP workloadsAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
