Job Title : Talent Management Specialist

Sherwin-Williams is seeking a skilled Talent Management Specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. Located in the heart of the production plant, this role will provide support to our managers and employees on all HR-related topics.

Responsibilities :

• To assist in the development of leadership skills within the organization
• To support change management initiatives across the company
• To identify and develop talent for key roles within the EMEAI region

This role will work closely with our HR Shared Services department to ensure compliance with Sherwin-Williams policies and procedures. As part of the Center of Expertise (CoE) team, you will be responsible for arranging roll-out and compliance for the company in Spain.
