You will work alongside seasoned professionals to gain hands-on experience with a variety of digital marketing channels, including PPC, SEO, A / B Testing, and Marketing Automation. While we don't require extensive hands-on experience from the outset, your keen interest and willingness to learn will be vital assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Management : Assist in developing, executing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns across various channels (Website, PPC, Display & SEO).
  • Optimisation & Testing : Support A / B testing initiatives to refine strategies and boost campaign performance.
  • Data Analysis : Analyse campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and provide recommendations.
  • Marketing Automation : Help implement and manage marketing automation tools to streamline efforts and enhance customer engagement.
  • Website Maintenance : Support the development of our new website through building new pages and testing new elements to improve its performance.
  • Reporting & Organisation : Maintain detailed records and reporting systems, ensuring campaigns and projects are executed with precision.

We can offer the role in the Netherlands, Germany or Spain, depending on your location.

About You

  • Education : You have at minimum a relevant diploma at Bachelor level.
  • Motivated & Result Focused : You are highly motivated and result focused, willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals.
  • Passionate and Curious : You have a strong interest in digital marketing channels such as PPC, SEO, A / B Testing, and Marketing Automation, and are eager to learn more about these areas.
  • Data-Driven : You’re comfortable working with numbers, possess high numeracy skills, and enjoy uncovering insights from data.
  • Detail-Oriented : Your meticulous nature ensures that every project is completed with a high level of accuracy and thoroughness.
  • Organised and Reliable : You excel at managing your time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Growth Mindset : You’re proactive about your personal development, always looking for opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills in digital marketing.
  • Language Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and the country you are located in.
