What you bring

  • Several years of payroll management or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of payroll best practices
  • Proficient in using software tools like SAP, Excel / Google Sheets
  • An analytical mindset with great problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international work environment with a passion for making an impact
  • Being a productivity enthusiast and constantly seeking ways to improve and speed up work processes
  • Understanding the importance of working largely independently
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Experience working remotely is a plus but not required

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for the Netherlands payroll processes
  • Manage existing relationships with key stakeholders within Payroll Implementation, Finance, Product, and Engineering teams
  • Process full end-to-end payroll in-house, including statutory filings, exceptions, approvals, payments, and compliance
  • Ensure full data integrity and quality
  • Experience in accounting and reconciliations
  • Focus on KPIs and SLAs to ensure performance standards
  • Implement and improve payroll processes
  • Mentor and support payroll specialists
  • Provide backup support to regional managers during absences

Our salary bands are broad and consider geographic pay differentials based on our global operations. The salary range for this position is from $33,300 to $74,850, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, and market conditions. The actual salary will be determined accordingly and may be adjusted in the future.
