The role

We are seeking a Backend Software Engineer to join our Backend team, focusing on delivering value to our customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent coding skills, be quality-oriented, and passionate about impactful projects. Our new developments primarily use Golang, with legacy code in PHP + Symfony and some in Typescript.

Responsibilities

• Write reusable, efficient, and well-tested code
• Participate in cross-domain product teams, always considering the end user
• Collaborate on brainstorming, decision-making, and architecture
• Think creatively to identify problems and design solutions
• Bring several years of experience with complex, high-volume systems
• Work with distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and performance optimization
• Participate in feature design using DDD and eventstorming
• Apply Strategic Domain-Driven Design for modular architecture
• Document key technical decisions through ADRs
• Manage legacy code outside current refactoring initiatives
