Ready to elevate your career and join a fast-growing team in the digital world?Join our dynamic team at TP Spain in vibrant Barcelona and work on an exciting project with Digital Marketing Ads — a game-changing tool for businesses everywhere!Purpose of the role : As a member of the TP team, you will be working on inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Local Services Ads by Google.You will become a digital consultant, advising them on their digital advertising strategy, with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target driven environment, where you will work towards individual sales targets as well as being part of a larger sales team responsible for increasing the Client customer base across EMEA.Your responsibilities : Achieve a minimum number of interactions (phone call and / or emails) per dayStrategically qualify leads and manage a complex sales pipeline across diverse markets.Conduct in-depth needs assessments and tailor advertising solutions to business goals.Set clear expectations and guide businesses through advanced onboarding processes.Master regional onboarding protocols and provide authoritative guidance.Collaborate closely with clients to ensure complete and accurate verification.Resolve complex issues and escalate feedback through structured channels.Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.

Requirements

C2 level of Dutch and English (both written and spoken).More than 2 years of experience in similar fields : sales, recruiting, customer-facing roleProven success in call center or high-volume sales environments.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational mastery.Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines.Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.Strong autonomy and decision-making capabilities.Bachelor’s degree in Business.Experience in collaborative team settings.Familiarity with home services industries (e.g., plumbing, electrical).Desirable SkillsProcess Excellence : Systematically improving organizational processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and qualityCollaboration : Working effectively with others, sharing ideas and resources to achieve common goalsCommunication : Exchanging information, ideas, and messages between individuals or groups through various channels and mediums.Emotional Intelligence : Understanding and managing one's own emotions and the emotions of others to foster positive relationships and enhance the impact of actionsOpen Mindedness : Considering and appreciating diverse perspectives and ideas, fostering collaborationCritical Thinking : Evaluating information and arguments, leading to informed and effective decisions based on data insightsSolution Orientation : Approaching problems and challenges with a focus on finding practical and effective solutionsEntrepreneurship : Having a mindset characterized by innovation, creativity, risk-taking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification

Offer
