Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a crucial role in aligning our business strategy with technology solutions to drive the organization's growth and efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides the overall framework and borders in which a technical solution can reside. Frameworks will include appropriate options for tools and platforms based on TDB and the technology strategy (incl. SaaS)
  • Provide a clear vision over platform requirements in terms of quality, security, cost and viability
  • Keep a proper Framework documentation and also all set of architecture catalogues and assure their correctness
  • Define in accordance with Tech community, our high-level tech strategy including vision and roadmap (6, 12 and 18 months) pushing it to all domains’ specific tech strategies
  • Driving architectural initiatives via enabler epics in the Product roadmaps, participating in their analysis where applicable
  • Keep architectural risk and opportunities log at the enterprise level
  • Keep a proper Tech Strategy documentation including high level targets at domain level
  • Be part of conversations with business community on programme discoveries
  • Act as SME in terms of cross business processes implementations over current platforms
  • Participate in high level design overview in cross-product initiatives to assure and protect platform integrity. Perform high level impact analysis.
  • Support Product Community in assuring and protecting delivery outcomes.
  • Sits outside delivery teams but keeps abreast of changes within with no hierarchical domain over the Solution Architect
  • Assure that architecture documentation is updated accordingly on delivery evolution
  • Assure platform integrity in all outcomes from delivery
  • Create a collaborative Architecture Community. Collecting, generating, and analysing innovative ideas and technologies to use across the business
  • Be evangelist in terms of frameworks, values and vision for the whole organization and speaking on tech events representing HB
  • Improve current architecture framework with required developments over our Java and Angular based platform
